PDDS Design Studio is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee interior fit-out projects across Gurgaon.
Location: DLF Phase 2 / DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon (All project sites are within Gurgaon)
Experience: 1–3 years
Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)
Probation: 2 months
Key Responsibilities
✔ Supervise day-to-day interior project execution on site
✔ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams
✔ Ensure work is completed as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards
✔ Monitor material deliveries and site progress
✔ Report project updates to the design team and management
✔ Maintain safety and site discipline
Requirements
✔ 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision
✔ Ability to read and understand interior drawings
✔ Strong coordination and communication skills
✔ Willingness to travel to project sites across Gurgaon
✔ Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
