Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Associate (BDA) to support the business development team in identifying growth opportunities, managing marketplace relationships, and driving sales initiatives across Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Flipkart.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Support & Lead Generation
- Identify potential growth opportunities across marketplaces and new channels
- Research competitors, trends, and category performance
- Assist in onboarding new platforms or business channels
Marketplace Coordination
- Support operations and coordination for Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Flipkart
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and launches
- Coordinate with account managers for updates and opportunities
Sales & Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotions
- Track daily sales performance and highlight trends
- Support pricing and discount updates during sale events
Partnership & Relationship Support
- Help maintain relationships with external partners and platforms
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports
- Coordinate for meetings and follow-ups
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on sales, growth, and performance metrics
- Analyze data to identify improvement areas
- Support the team in decision-making with insights
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
