Job Summary
The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus recruitment activities, building relationships with employers, organizing placement drives, and guiding students in career development. The role requires strong communication, networking, and organizational skills to enhance students' employability and placement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate campus recruitment and placement activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
- Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Conduct career guidance, employability, and skill development programs.
- Assist students with resume preparation, interview skills, and career planning.
- Track placement records and prepare related reports.
- Collaborate with departments to improve student industry readiness.
- Identify internship and employment opportunities for students.
Skills Required
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
Qualification
Any Master’s Degree with 3–9 years relevant experience in Training & Placement, Human Resources, Career Services, or Industry Relations.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
