We are looking for IPQA Officer in Nutralike Formulation Pvt Ltd. Company.
Qualification: B.sc/M.sc/B.pharm/M-Pharm
Exp: Fresher May Applied or 1-3 yrs experience
- Line Clearance:
- Ensure the manufacturing area is clean and free from any leftover material or documents from previous batches.
- Verify proper labeling and status boards.
- In-Process Checks:
- Monitor critical process parameters like mixing time, temperature, and weight variation.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
- Perform online sampling (e.g., blend uniformity, tablet weight, capsule fill weight).
- Packaging Line Checks:
- Check label accuracy, batch coding, and proper sealing.
- Verify packaging material against specifications.
- Deviation Handling:
- Identify and report deviations during manufacturing or packaging.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Documentation:
- Review and sign BMRs/BPRs (Batch Processing Records).
- Ensure real-time and error-free documentation.
- Sampling:
- Draw samples for in-process testing and stability studies.
- Ensure samples are labeled and stored as per SOP
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
