Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist our clients with software-related queries and provide timely support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a basic understanding of computer applications and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and remote support tools.
- Guide customers in using the software and resolve their day-to-day issues.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions in a professional manner.
- Escalate technical issues to the concerned department when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up until resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields will be given preference.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, software applications, and remote support tools.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to customers in a simple manner.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi; knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
