Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience who can leverage their deep Salesforce expertise along with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and support agentic development workflows. The role requires strong architectural thinking, hands-on coding skills, and the ability to guide AI tools effectively using professional judgment and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
- Leverage Claude Code and GitHub Copilot for agentic and AI-assisted development, including:
- Code generation and refactoring
- Test class creation and optimization
- Debugging and performance tuning
- Rapid prototyping and solution exploration
- Customize Salesforce objects, flows, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Implement Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality aligned with business needs
- Build and integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure:
- Salesforce governor limit compliance
- Security and sharing model adherence
- Scalability and maintainability
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical guidance
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Support deployments using SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Change Sets
- Provide production support and issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in professional development workflows
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security model, and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware platforms)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git
- Ability to guide AI tools effectively through clear prompts, validation, and refinement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
