Project Manager - Construction
- We are hiring a Project Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience in Residential and commercial high-rise and villa Construction Projects.
- The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, project planning, monitoring, and delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Hands-on experience in Civil, Structural, Finishing, and MEP works is mandatory.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and client stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Monitor quality, safety, progress, resource utilization, and statutory compliance at site.
- Strong expertise in project scheduling, cost control, billing, and contractor management is required.
- Experience handling high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, or premium real estate developments is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills are essential.
- Immediate Joiners will be given preference.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
