Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with SEC HSE requirements and project safety procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification activities.
- Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statements.
- Monitor high-risk activities including:
- Work at Height
- Lifting Operations
- Electrical Works
- OHTL Stringing & Tower Erection
- Substation Installation Activities
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) implementation and LOTO compliance.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety regulations.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, inspections, and training documentation.
- Coordinate emergency drills and emergency response activities.
- Liaise with SEC representatives and client safety personnel during inspections and audits.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
