Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Nursery Relationship Executive to strengthen our network with nursery owners and dealers. The ideal candidate will promote our fertilizers, micronutrients, and bio-products while building long-term customer relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nursery owners and dealers.
- Promote and sell the company's fertilizers, micronutrients, and bio-products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new nurseries and dealer partners.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to customers.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain customer engagement.
- Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments, and collections.
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
- B.Sc. Agriculture
- B.Sc. Horticulture
- B.Tech Agriculture
- Any Degree with relevant Agri Sales experience
- Experience:
- 0–3 years in Agri Input Sales or Nursery Development.
- Freshers with relevant educational background are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
