Job Description:
- Candidates to attend to inbound calls of US customers
- Excellent Communication skills in English for Voice process
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies of the company
- Resolve customer queries in timely manner
- Ability to communicate effectively and promptly with US based customers
- Ensure high level customer service
- Meet personal and team sales targets
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate/UG min 6 months-international voice experience can apply
