Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and other human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage the complete hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Facilitate employee joining formalities and induction programs.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support payroll inputs and coordination.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support performance management and employee feedback initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
