We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter/Server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests in both the restaurant dining area and hotel room service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Provide room service delivery to hotel guests while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic complaints politely
- Follow hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards
- Assist with clearing tables and resetting for new guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/server in a hotel or restaurant preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong attention to detail
