- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure web applications meet quality and performance standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web applications.
- Familiarity with content management systems and website editing tools.
- Good understanding of user experience principles and web accessibility standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
