About the Role
Visko Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and branding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message across digital and print platforms. The candidate should possess strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and promotional content.
- Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and videos for promotional use.
- Design advertisements for online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (Freshers with a strong portfolio may also apply).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Canva and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Knowledge of social media creative formats and digital marketing requirements.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Experience in creating motion graphics and reels.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Experience working with real estate, HR, recruitment, or corporate brands is preferred.
Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA (Based on experience and portfolio)
