Job Title: Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresher/2-3 year Experience to join our Operations and Artwork Checking team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all artwork and packaging materials meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review and verify artwork files to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
· Manage and maintain the artwork approval process, ensuring all deadlines are met.
· Coordinate with internal working groups to ensure that all artwork changes are approved and implemented in a timely manner.
· Review and approve packaging materials for accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
· Work closely with team to ensure daily production activity, and maintaining tracker.
· Coordinate with factory personnel for Operations and Technical documents.
· Coordinate with External Lab for Sample Submission and Test Report.
· Prepare FPS, MOA and COA.
· Willing to visit outstation Plant.
Qualifications:
B. Pharm /M. Pharm /B. Sc + Experience /M. Sc + Experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with packaging materials, printing processes, and artwork specifications is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
