About the Role
Reflex Architects is looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join the team. The role involves working on residential and commercial projects, supporting design development, and contributing to execution drawings with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in architectural design and concept development
- Prepare working drawings, GFCs, and detailed plans
- Coordinate with consultants (RCC, MEP, etc.)
- Apply Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations (UDCPR) in design and planning
- Perform basic FSI calculations, setbacks, and zoning checks
- Conduct site visits and support project execution
- Work on 3D models, presentations, and client submissions
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and standards
- Basic knowledge of estimation and costing is a plus.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 0–3 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop
- Basic understanding of construction details and materials
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Pay: ₹11,761.86 - ₹23,604.85 per month
