We are seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our Digital CME department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in moderating online educational content. The Moderator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of online CME activities, maintaining a positive learning environment, and engaging with participants.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and activities to ensure compliance with guidelines and policies
- Facilitate discussions and answer questions from participants
- Provide feedback and guidance to participants to enhance their learning experience
- Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
- Assist in the development and implementation of new online CME activities
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in online education
- Provide technical support to participants as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in moderating online educational content
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CME regulations and guidelines
- Proficiency in using online learning platforms and tools
