The Spray Painting Operator is responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint or coatings using spray equipment to achieve the required finish, quality, and production targets while following all safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and degreasing before painting.
* Mix paints, hardeners, thinners, and other coating materials according to specifications.
* Operate spray guns and painting equipment efficiently.
* Apply primer, base coat, and top coat as per process requirements.
* Maintain the required paint thickness, finish quality, and color consistency.
* Inspect painted components for defects such as runs, sags, orange peel, pinholes, dust, and uneven coating.
* Perform touch-up and rework when required.
* Clean and maintain spray guns, paint booths, and other painting equipment.
* Monitor paint consumption and minimize material wastage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
