General Summary:
Job description :
Typically requires 7+ years of experience in PDN, IR Drop, EM Analysis, ESD Analysis (A Must)
Perform static and dynamic IR-drop analysis, as well as electromigration (EM) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) analysis to ensure design reliability
Execute and develop flows for 3DIC, 2.5D and 2D designs
Expertise with tool like Redhawk, Redhawk SeaScape, Voltus
Strong scripting skills in TCL, Python, or Perl for automation
Develop, maintain, and enhance physical design methodologies, scripts, and automation flows (e.g., using TCL, Python) for PDN
Directly oversee project direction, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to achieve on-time delivery of deliverables
Collaborate with CAD teams and EDA vendors to evaluate new tool features
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
