We are looking for a highly skilled AWS FSx NetApp Engineer with strong hands-on production experience in AWS cloud storage environments. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in NetApp technologies with a strong understanding of AWS FSx for NetApp ONTAP services, along with exposure to DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices.
This role requires someone who can work independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
Expertise in AWS FSx for NetApp ONTAP
Solid understanding of core NetApp storage technologies and how they translate into AWS cloud environments
Experience supporting and managing production environments (not just lab or training experience)
Hands-on experience with:
Terraform
GitHub / Git workflows
DevOps practices and automation
Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Understanding of storage migration, backup, disaster recovery, and performance tuning
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, and management
Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset
Comfortable participating in internal and client-facing meetings
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal direction

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with hybrid cloud/on-prem NetApp environments
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
AWS certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and support AWS FSx for NetApp solutions
Manage cloud storage infrastructure and optimize performance
Automate infrastructure deployments using Terraform
Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams on deployment strategies
Troubleshoot storage and cloud-related issues in production environments
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Participate in architecture discussions and client interactions
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
