Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Relationship & Accounts Executive who will be responsible for client communication, follow-ups, calling activities, and basic accounting operations using Zoho. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, client handling abilities, and hands-on experience in invoicing, payment tracking, and maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily client communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing.
- Maintain client records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Generate invoices and manage billing through Zoho Books/Zoho CRM.
- Track payments, outstanding dues, and follow up for collections.
- Maintain accounting records, expense entries, and reconciliation.
- Support GST, TDS, payroll, and other compliance-related documentation.
- Prepare reports related to clients, payments, and accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client handling and accounting.
- Hands-on experience in Zoho Books / Zoho CRM.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, payment follow-ups, and basic accounting.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Calling and client coordination experience.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,727.90 per month
