Job Summary:
The GM- Fleet Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the fleet sales division, driving sales growth, and expanding the companys fleet customer base. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a fleet sales strategy to drive growth and market share.
- Identify potential fleet clients, including corporations, government agencies, leasing companies...
- Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and institutional clients.
- Negotiate fleet sales agreements, contracts, and pricing structures.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Lead and mentor the fleet sales team, providing training and performance management.
- Conduct regular sales meetings - ensuring targets are met and provide reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Work closely with marketing / finance and After- Sales team ensuring promotional campaigns ,smooth order processing, invoicing, and delivery and excellent post-sales support and service.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
