Job Overview:
We are seeking an HR Executive with specialized experience in the Infrastructure or Construction sector to handle end-to-end recruitment, labour management, and HR operations across our offices and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, and site-level roles (engineers, operators, supervisors).
* Oversee site labour management, attendance verification, and contractor compliance.
* Handle employee onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws).
* Coordinate with Site Admins for accommodation, onboarding, and welfare arrangements.
Qualifications & Skills
* MBA or Graduate in Human Resources or related field.
* 5+ years of core HR experience, specifically within infrastructure, construction, or solar industries.
* Thorough knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
