Key Responsibilities
· Handle purchase activities for mechanical and electrical products.
· Coordinate with vendors for quotations and material availability.
· Compare quotations and negotiate pricing.
· Prepare purchase orders and maintain records.
· Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
· Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
· Maintain vendor relationships and procurement documentation.
· Ensure purchased materials meet required specifications and quality standards.
Required Skills
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
· Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
· Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
