Role Overview
The Facade Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in facade, roofing, and fenestration solutions (including doors and window systems). The role requires prior industry experience and strong networking with architects, consultants, and developers. Overseas experience in façade/roofing/fenestration sales will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in façade, roofing, and fenestration projects.
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors specialized in building envelopes.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts specific to façade and fenestration systems.
- Stay updated with global trends and technologies in façades, glass, aluminium, cladding, and door-window systems.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Business / Marketing / Engineering is a must. Master’s degree has a leverage.
- Minimum 5+ years in façade, roofing, and fenestration sales (doors & window, systems knowledge essential).
- Overseas exposure in façade/roofing/fenestration is preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of façade and building envelope systems.
