●End-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring across various levels.
●Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
●Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
●Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and share suitable profiles.
●Maintain candidate databases and update hiring reports.
●Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
●Work on TAT (Turnaround Time) and consistently achieve hiring targets.
