- Perform oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
- Provide treatments such as scaling, fillings, extractions, root canal treatment (RCT, if trained), and preventive dental procedures.
- Administer local anesthesia while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records, case notes, and treatment documentation.
- Ensure proper sterilization, infection control, and hygiene standards in the dental operatory.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, available treatment options, and post-treatment care.
- Manage dental instruments, materials, and coordinate effectively with dental assistants and support staff.
- Refer complex dental cases to specialists whenever necessary.
- Follow the clinic's protocols, patient safety guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Support the ENT department by assisting with patient evaluation, coordinating care when required, maintaining ENT treatment records, and collaborating with ENT consultants to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Coordinate with both the Dental and ENT departments to facilitate multidisciplinary patient care and ensure efficient patient flow within the hospital.
