About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Intern who has prior exposure to recruitment and talent hunting. This role will involve end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and hiring criteria.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interview schedules across hiring rounds.
- Maintain candidate trackers and ensure regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interviews, feedback, offer discussions, and closure.
- Manage offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate the complete onboarding process for selected candidates and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Support and coordinate campus hiring initiatives, including college outreach, placement cell coordination, candidate screening, interview drives, and follow-ups.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives across the organization.
- Support the HR team in maintaining a healthy and active talent pipeline across ongoing and upcoming requirements.
- Work towards defined weekly recruitment, closure, and hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and HR-related records while supporting other HR activities as required.
Skills & Requirements
- Prior experience or internship in recruitment and talent hunting is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.
