About the Role
Innovacio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Microsoft Bing, and LinkedIn.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have previously worked in an AI Consulting/Development Company or a Software Consulting/Development Company, with proven experience generating high-quality B2B leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Microsoft Bing Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Generate qualified B2B leads for AI and software development services.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, Cost per Lead (CPL), and conversion rates.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to improve landing pages and ad creatives.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Must have worked with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Previous experience in an AI Consulting/Development Firm or Software Consulting/Development Firm is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹5,000 for every qualified positive client meeting
- Lead Conversion Bonus: ₹40,000 for every successful lead conversion
