Job description
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain tile products, designs, sizes, brands, and pricing.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending orders.
- Coordinate with showroom sales executives and the warehouse team.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers in finalizing products.
- Maintain customer enquiry and follow-up records.
- Generate repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer follow-up targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
