Experience Required - 1 year
Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Handle joining formalities, employee documentation, and onboarding procedures. Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts. Manage employee relations and support smooth communication between employees and management. Maintain employee records, attendance data, HR files, and other related documentation. Support administration work and day-to-day office coordination. Assist in running the office and facilities management functions. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR and admin operations. Perform any other HR or administration-related tasks assigned by the management. Required Skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle employee concerns and workplace issues professionally. Basic knowledge of HR policies, SOPs, and documentation. Qualification MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred. Prior experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or administration will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
