Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telemarketing Executive to support our business development and client acquisition activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage potential clients over calls, and a passion for sales and marketing.
The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, introducing BrandSynthesis services, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining client databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses
- Introduce BrandSynthesis services including branding, digital marketing, SEO, website development, and social media marketing
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the business development team
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover and follow-up
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage
- Confidence in handling client conversations over phone
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
