- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and software performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Hands-on experience in LabVantage LIMS development and configuration, including enhancements, integrations, and defect resolution
Strong expertise in designing and implementing interfaces, validations, and customizations within LabVantage
Proven capability to support project implementations and production environments while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory (GxP) requirements
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
