Job Summary
4CHAMPZ is looking for a passionate and experienced Cricket Coach to train school students, develop their cricketing skills, and promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The coach will conduct structured coaching sessions while ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cricket coaching sessions for students of different age groups.
- Teach batting, bowling, fielding, fitness, and match strategies.
- Plan and execute structured training programs.
- Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Organize practice matches and prepare students for tournaments.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cricket equipment.
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during sessions.
- Coordinate with school authorities and the 4CHAMPZ management team.
- Submit attendance and training reports as required.
Eligibility
- Experience in coaching cricket at school, academy, or club level.
- Strong technical knowledge of the game.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor young athletes.
- Relevant coaching certifications will be an added advantage.

Compensation
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
