Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional with 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition to join our Client Acquisition & Partnerships team. The ideal candidate should possess a proven ability to generate business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills while representing Gyansthan's educational solutions across schools, colleges, universities, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Research prospective clients and develop customized outreach strategies.
- Identify emerging market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Represent Gyansthan at conferences, exhibitions, networking events, seminars, and educational workshops.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Training teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project execution.
Eligibility
- 2+ years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Partnerships.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, Consulting, or Service industry will be preferred.
Skills Required

- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and India for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
