Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
- Create engaging proposals and bids to attract international clients.
- Communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable services or solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals with international clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development or client handling (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence in interacting with international clients via chat, email, and video calls.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Linkedin etc.) preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
