Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect – Luxury Interiors to lead high-end residential, commercial, and bespoke interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design leadership, premium material knowledge, and experience delivering luxury interiors with international quality standards. Overseas project or work experience is a significant plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesLuxury Design Leadership
- Lead concept-to-completion design for luxury interior projects
- Develop high-end space planning, mood boards, material palettes, and design concepts
- Produce and review detailed working drawings, joinery details, and specifications
- Ensure all designs meet luxury aesthetics, functionality, and brand standards
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Handle HNI and premium clients with professionalism
- Conduct design presentations and manage design approvals
- Translate client vision into refined, high-quality interior solutions
Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with interior designers, MEP consultants, lighting designers, and contractors
- Work closely with site teams to ensure design intent is executed without compromise
- Review shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, and luxury material submissions
- Resolve design and execution challenges swiftly
Site & Quality Control
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure precision execution and finish quality
- Maintain strict quality control across finishes, joinery, and detailing
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior architects and designers
- Set design benchmarks and ensure consistency across projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Architecture
- 7–10+ years of experience exclusively or predominantly in luxury interior projects
- Strong exposure to high-end residential, hospitality, office, or retail interiors
- International / overseas work or project experience is a strong advantage
- In-depth knowledge of premium materials, bespoke joinery, finishes, and detailing
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- SketchUp / Revit
- 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray (preferred)
- Strong understanding of luxury construction detailing

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
