Site Supervision & Execution
Supervise daily construction and civil work activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for smooth site operations.
Monitor project progress and report delays or issues to management.
Quality & Safety Control
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and site regulations.
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
Verify measurements, quantities, and completed work at site.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and procurement teams.
Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
·Support timely procurement and delivery of site materials.
Technical Responsibilities
Read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
Assist in quantity estimation and material planning.
Ensure site activities comply with local construction regulations and standards.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical site issues.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
