Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company offerings.
- Monitor client accounts and prepare regular performance reports.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
- Support business development initiatives and lead generation activities.
Pay: ₹12,641.99 - ₹18,598.07 per month
