Handle student inquiries, provide course guidance, and achieve enrolment targets through phone-based and in-person counselling and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone inquiries and counsel prospective students on course selection
- Generate leads through cold calling and accurately maintain CRM database
- Meet monthly enrollment targets and track conversion rates
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and career prospects
- Handle administrative tasks and office support as needed

- Technical: CRM software, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Social media
- Educational: Course details, career pathways, admission procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any stream)
- Education sector experience mandatory
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Nepali, Bengali
- Local candidates only
