As we continue building and scaling our portfolio across sports, entertainment, content, cinema, live experiences and brand partnerships, we’re looking for a Manager / Senior Manager – IP Partnerships to join the Baadshah Box team.
This is not a traditional sales role.
We’re looking for someone who can identify commercial opportunities, understand what brands are looking to achieve, and connect them with the right audience, IP, storytelling platform and experience.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
The primary responsibility will be to drive sponsorship and partnership revenue across Baadshah Box’s growing portfolio while also helping shape, package and commercialize new ground up.
You will work closely with brands, agencies and marketing teams to create partnerships that deliver value beyond traditional advertising.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has 5- 15 years of experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, sports marketing, entertainment, events, content or related fields
* Has strong relationships across brands, agencies and marketing teams
* Can independently initiate conversations, build opportunities and close commercial deals
* Understands how brands evaluate marketing, sponsorship and partnership opportunities
* Has an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys building things from scratch
* Is passionate about sports, entertainment, cinema, content, creators and live experiences
* Can think beyond selling inventory and build strategic, creative partnerships
