Job Title: QA/QC & Safety Lead – Building Construction

About the Role
We're hiring a seasoned QA/QC & Safety Lead to take charge of quality and safety operations on our building construction projects. If you've spent over a decade and a half on construction sites, know your way around inspection processes, and can keep a project compliant and safe without slowing it down, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control
- Inspect ongoing works against approved drawings, specs, and codes of practice
- Review material test reports and ensure compliance with project standards
- Prepare and maintain ITPs, checklists, and non-conformance reports
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to close out quality issues
- Conduct snag list reviews and final inspections before handover
Safety Management
- Implement and monitor the site HSE program
- Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and routine safety audits
- Investigate incidents and maintain accurate safety documentation
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and codes
- Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the site team
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC and Safety for building construction projects
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Diploma or certification in Safety.
- Solid understanding of construction quality standards and safety compliance
- Proven ability to lead inspections, audits, and documentation independently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
