Job Summary
The Accessories Manager is responsible for managing the complete accessories business of a passenger vehicle dealership. The role includes sales planning, inventory management, revenue generation, vendor coordination, display management, and ensuring high attachment ratio of genuine accessories with vehicle sales and service operations.
The Accessories Manager works closely with sales and service teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction through effective accessories sales and operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Accessories Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and annual accessories sales targets
- Increase accessories penetration and attachment ratio
- Promote genuine OEM accessories with new vehicle sales
- Drive retail and counter sales of accessories
2. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain optimum inventory levels
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items
- Prevent dead stock and stock shortages
- Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and audits
3. Coordination with Sales & Service Teams
- Coordinate with vehicle sales team for accessories upselling
- Work with service advisors to promote accessories during service visits
- Ensure timely fitment and delivery
4. Display & Merchandising
- Maintain attractive accessories display area/showroom
- Ensure proper branding and product visibility
- Implement OEM merchandising standards
5. Vendor & OEM Coordination
- Coordinate with OEM and approved vendors
- Manage procurement and pricing
- Ensure availability of genuine accessories
- Implement OEM schemes and promotional campaigns
6. Customer Handling
- Advise customers on suitable accessories packages
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Ensure timely installation and quality service
7. Team Management
- Supervise accessories sales executives and fitment staff
- Conduct product and sales training
- Monitor team productivity and discipline
8. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare:
- Sales reports
- Stock reports
- Attachment ratio analysis
- Profitability reports
- Track daily sales performance and targets
9. Profitability Management
- Monitor gross margin and profitability
- Control inventory carrying cost
- Improve revenue through package sales and promotions
10. Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure genuine parts and accessories usage
- Maintain fitment quality standards
- Follow OEM guidelines and dealership SOPs
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
