About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Server Hardware Engineer (L2) to manage and support physical server infrastructure at our Mumbai data centre. You will handle proactive monitoring, hardware part replacement, HPE RAID and iLO configuration, incident resolution, and vendor coordination — keeping mission-critical servers running 24×7.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively monitor all servers using tools — CPU utilisation, memory, and hardware health
- Perform expert-level server hardware part replacement (drives, memory, PSU, NIC, etc.)
- Configure RAID and iLO on HPE servers; implement vendor-recommended best practice configurations
- Own and resolve hardware incidents end-to-end; engage contracted hardware/software vendors as needed
- Coordinate with customer contacts and vendors during hardware failures or third-party escalations
- Perform basic server hardware troubleshooting and apply server hardening
- Correlate related incidents into problem tickets and manage through the problem management process
- Maintain up-to-date server inventory records

Qualifications
- B.E. / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Telecommunication
- B.Sc. IT / BCA / MCA (full-time from a reputed university)
- No gap in education — passing year for SSC, HSC, and Degree/Diploma must be mentioned
- Relevant hardware certification preferred (e.g. HPE ASE – Server Solutions or equivalent)
Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
