We are hiring a Team Lead – Q-commerce Operations for managing last-mile delivery operations. Candidate must have hands-on experience in Quick Commerce companies only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery executives (riders) at hub/store
- Plan roster as per order trends
- Ensure on-time dispatch & delivery
- Monitor rider performance & productivity
- Handle real-time operational issues
- Maintain customer service quality
- Support hiring & onboarding of riders
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Mandatory Requirement (IMPORTANT):
Profiles from normal logistics / courier / warehouse will NOT be considered
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
