Role Summary:
We are looking for an active, honest, and reliable Field Logistics Executive to manage on-ground material lifting operations across North East India. The role involves coordinating labour, supervising loading activities, documenting material through photos/videos, and ensuring timely movement of material to the recycling facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit suppliers, collection points, and warehouses across North East India.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and dispatch of scrap materials.
- Coordinate and manage labour teams at collection sites.
- Take clear photographs and videos of material and loading activities.
- Share real-time updates through WhatsApp and mobile applications.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and company teams.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, collections, and dispatches.
- Ensure safe handling of material and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using WhatsApp, smartphone camera, Google Maps, and basic mobile applications.
- Physically fit and willing to travel extensively.
- Ability to manage labour and work independently in field conditions.
- Honest, responsible, and result-oriented.
- North East India (Extensive Travel Required)
Preferred Experience
- Logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, scrap procurement, or field operations.
- Travel Requirement: 70–90% field travel across North East India.
- Key Qualities: Honest, proactive, hardworking, communicative, and capable of getting work done on the ground.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
