Position: Structural Engineer (Heavy Machinery)
Experience Required: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Study and interpret structural drawings with precision.
- Oversee structural assembly and ensure compliance with design standards.
- Manage erection of heavy lifting equipment and supervise safe operations.
- Prepare and align joints for fit-up prior to welding.
- Conduct visual welding inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with team members and contractors.
- Plan and schedule activities for a minimum of 2–3 days in advance.
- Execute ringing & lifting operations using load charts for safety and efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery erection and structural engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience in welding inspection and fit-up preparation.
- Ability to read and analyze complex structural drawings.
- Excellent team coordination and planning skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and load chart calculations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–8 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site with heavy machinery projects.
