Job Title: Inside Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, mentoring team members, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a hands-on leader who can actively participate in sales activities while guiding the team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct and oversee online seminars, webinars, and virtual presentations to generate leads and promote products/services
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve sales skills and productivity
- Actively participate in sales calls, client interactions, and deal closures
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for management
- Ensure proper use of CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales and team management
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Experience in conducting webinars or online seminars
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales (if applicable, you can adjust)
- Prior experience managing remote or hybrid sales teams
