We’re Hiring: Legal Executive – Estate Planning Compliance (Wills24)
At Lawyered, we are looking for a dynamic legal professional to lead our Wills24 vertical, driving excellence in estate planning, legal drafting, and compliance operations.
Role Overview :
This is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the Wills24 vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing legal, operational, and strategic functions while ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability of processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Wills24 product across legal, operational, and strategic dimensions
- Supervise drafting and review of wills, trusts, contracts, and other legal documents
- Oversee corporate compliances including company incorporation, GST, MSME, and related matters
- Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and quality control standards
- Manage and mentor the team; ensure performance metrics and TAT adherence
- Handle complex and HNI client matters, including risk assessment and mitigation
- Oversee property due diligence and assist in asset structuring
Eligibility Criteria :
Ø LLB / LLM (Bar enrollment preferred)
Ø 3-4 years of experience in estate planning, legal drafting, compliance, and property law
Ø Proven team handling experience is mandatory
Key Skills :

✔In-depth knowledge of succession laws, trust laws, corporate laws, and property laws
