Role Objective
The primary objective of this role is to act as a technical gatekeeper, ensuring all shop drawings
and related deliverables are:
Fully compliant with contract drawings and specifications
Aligned with internal checklists and standards
Free from coordination, dimensional, and system-level errors
Issued at the highest level of quality before submission

Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (Core Focus)
Perform detailed technical review of HVAC shop drawings prepared by internal drafting
teams
Verify drawings against:
o Contract drawings
o Project specifications
o Internal QA/QC checklists
Identify errors, omissions, coordination issues, and constructability concerns
Provide clear, structured review comments and corrective guidance to drafters
Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance across all drawing packages
Act as the second-level check before drawings are issued to engineering or client teams
Secondary Responsibilities
Review HVAC-related submittals and drawing sets for overall completeness
Coordinate with engineers and Drafting teams to resolve technical discrepancies
Support continuous improvement of drafting standards, workflows, and checklists
Assist management in maintaining drawing quality benchmarks across projects
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification
20+ years of HVAC drafting experience, with a strong focus on shop drawings
Proven experience reviewing and approving drawings prepared by others
Prior experience leading or managing drafting teams is strongly preferred
Extensive exposure to large-scale commercial or institutional projects
Key Skills
Exceptional attention to detail and error-detection ability
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for drawing quality
Ability to give firm, constructive, and technically sound feedback
Process-oriented mindset focused on quality improvement
Clear written and verbal communication
Calm, methodical, and consistent under pressure

Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of HVAC systems, including:
o AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems
o Chilled water & ducted systems
o Mechanical room layouts & coordination
Expert-level knowledge of:
o HVAC shop drawing standards
o Construction documentation practices
o Coordination requirements with other trades
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & other relevant software’s

- Location: Hyderabad, India ( Full time Office work . No remote / WFH.)
- Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
